NEW FT-NIR PROCESS SPECTROMETER MATRIX-F II

Check important process parameters immediately for reaction monitoring and control

The new MATRIX-F II FT-NIR spectrometer allows direct measurements in process reactors and pipelines, leading to a better understanding and control of the process. With the optional integrated PC and built-in communication modules the MATRIX-F II comes as a smart analyzer, reducing installation efforts and enabling a robust and modern 24/7 process monitoring. The new long-life NIR light source and state-of-the-art laser diode significantly reduce service operations and cost of ownership. The instrument can be serviced quickly for minimal disruption of the manufacturing process.

YOUR INVITATION TO FREE WEBINAR

Watching your chemical reactions with the

“Eye of Providence”

We invite you to join our free webinar on the topic of “time resolved in-situ reaction monitoring using FT-IR spectroscopy”. The webinar will take place the 25th of November at 1:30 p.m. (CET).

Reaction monitoring is crucial for process understanding, optimization and cost savings. It often provides important insights into the mechanism of chemical reactions. Kinetic information can be extracted from the data to build kinetic models that will be used to predict conditions and enable process optimization. FT-IR is probably the most popular RM techniques, since it can be rather easily employed at very different physical scales from small development reactors up to full scale manufacturing plants. Additionally, the spectra are often rich in detail and can reveal high quality information about chemical composition and physical form.

In this webinar we will focus on lab-scale in-situ reaction monitoring (RM) using bench-top FT-IR spectrometers in the fundamental and applied research applications.

THE BRUKER TABLET ANALYZER

Analysis of API distribution in oral dosage forms

IR laser imaging offers many advantages when it comes to analyzing large surfaces. In this video we introduce the Bruker tablet analyzer and characterize a complete painkiller tablet. The analysis is done in less than 15 minutes - including evaluation and reporting.

THE BRUKER POLYMER ANALYZER

Coating characterization on polymer foils via ATR

Attenuated total reflectance (ATR) is an excellent technique for characterizing surfaces. In this video, we use a germanium ATR crystal to detect and identify the coating on a polypropylene film.
